Interlibrary Loan Title Request Form

The West Florida Regional Library offers our registered library users the service of requesting materials from other libraries around the state and across the U.S. that are not available in our library. To help expedite requests, please observe the following:

Limit requests to four in our office at any one time.
Please check our card catalog before submitting a request. ILL is available for only those items not owned by the libraries in the West Florida Regional Library System.
Materials published within the last six months cannot be requested.
Please include as much information as possible with your request to help us in identifying the item that you need.
Photocopy requests will require a copyright form to be completed.
You will be notified when materials are ready for pickup or if we are unable to fill a request.
You will need your library card to pick up material.
Due dates and renewals are determined by the lending library.
