How do I change my PIN number?

1)  When you log on (in the top right hand corner of the Search Our Catalog page), enter your library card number in the User ID field and the word CHANGEME in the field for your PIN.

2)  Click on "Login to iBistro."

3)  You should be at the User PIN Change page where you are asked to enter your PIN again.  Again type CHANGEME and then whatever PIN you desire in the two fields at the bottom of the page.

4) Click "Change PIN," and your PIN is successfully changed.

Please Note: With the previous system, the last four digits of your phone number was your PIN.  You may use this again or any other password that you desire.  However, the library does not have access to your PIN.  If you forget your PIN, we can not retrieve it for you.  Make sure whatever PIN you choose, you have some way to remember it.
