Dial A Story
Children may hear a recorded story on their home telephones by dialing 595-1219. Stories change weekly and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To avoid wrong numbers, parents should dial for young children.
Children's Library Cards
Children through age 12 may apply for library cards when they are accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or legal guardian who furnishes the appropriate identification and accepts responsibility for any borrowed materials. Children may then select and check out books themselves, whether or not they are accompanied.
