Borrower Policies
Books:
Patrons may borrow up to fifteen books at a time. Most may be checked out for three weeks and renewed, either in person or by telephone, for one additional check-out period.
However, a book on which another patron has placed a reserve request may not be renewed. Overdue materials are not renewable until fines are paid.
AudioCassettes & CDs:
Cardholders may check out up to four audiocassette sets or four compact discs at a time for three weeks.
Videos & DVDs:
Up to four video cassettes or four DVDs may be checked out for one week, by patrons age 18 and over.
CD Roms:
Patrons 18 or over may check out one (1) CD ROM at a time for three weeks.
Fines:
Overdue books, books on audiocassette or CD and music CD's accrue charges of ten cents per day per item (excluding days that the library is closed). Overdue video cassette, DVD and CD ROM charges are $1.00 per day. Unpaid overdue charges of $3.00 or more will prevent further check-outs.
Returning Materials:
All materials may be returned to any West Florida Regional Library location, regardless of where they were originally checked out.
